Ingredients:
Instructions: In a large bowl, toss the cucumber with salt and let rest for 15 minutes. Drain away any liquid and rinse with cold water. Pat cucumber dry on a paper towl.
Return cucumber to the bowl and add remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
