Jalapeño Horseradish Dip
Try as a side dip with your sweet potato fries!
- Yields: 2 cups (500 mL)
- Preparation: 40 minutes
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, jalapeño and horseradish. Stir well. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use. Keeps 3 to 4 days.
