An honours graduate from New England Culinary Institute, he brings with him passion and knowledge achieved through years of experience working in France and Canada at some of our top and renowned restaurants.
His talent for using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and his skill and purpose for producing fabulous fresh food is foremost in the foodservice industry.
Chef Kennedy will be working alongside our Gay Lea Team to help craft and create delicious culinary experiences.
