Strawberry Shortcake in a Glass
This smoothie is creamy and indulgent, but because it's made with cottage cheese, it contains much fewer calories and fat than a typical milkshake. Serve as a breakfast, snack or dessert.
- Yields: 1 serving (1 1/4 cups/300 mL)
- Preparation: 5 minutes
- Combine milk, cottage cheese, strawberries, honey and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a 10 oz (300 mL) glass. Garnish with whipped cream, strawberries and cookies. Serve with a wide straw.
