Fuzzy Navel Smoothie

A tasty way to get your calcium and protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (175g) peach yogurt container
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) HEWITT'S - 2% Milk
  • orange rind, grated

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, orange juice and milk in a blender. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with grated orange rind.
