Mega Mango Smoothie

As a breakfast or snack, this flavourful smoothie will give you the boost to power through your day.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups375 mLFrozen Mango Chunks
1 cup250 mLGAY LEA - Nordica 2%
1 cup250 mLIcecubes
1/2 cup125 mLOrange Juice
1/2 cup125 mLWater(cold)
1 1 Banana(small), cut into chunks
2 tbsp30 mLHoney
1 tbsp15 mLFlax Oil
1 tsp5 mLVanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, cottage cheese, ice cubes, orange juice, water, banana, honey, flax oil and vanilla in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until very smooth; serve immediately.
