Roasted Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
| 1/4 cup | Gay Lea Spreadables Butter | 50 mL |
| 1 | Roasted garlic head | 1 |
Instructions:
Combine 1/4 cup (50 mL) Gay Lea Spreadables butter and 1 head of roasted garlic.
* To Roast Garlic: Slice top third off garlic head to expose tops of cloves. Wrap well in foil. Bake in preheated 425F (220C) oven for about 40 min, turning once, until cloves are thoroughly softened. Let cool at least 15 min. Squeeze out pulp.
