Tangy Summer Horseradish
A sensational complement for your favourite steak.
Preparation Time:

Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Gay Lea Sour Cream (any variety) | 250ml |
| 1/4 cup | light mayonnaise | 50ml |
| 2 tbsp | prepared horseradish | 25ml |
| 2 tbsp | chopped fresh parsley | 25ml |
| 1/2 cup | chopped fresh Ontario strawberries | 135ml |
Instructions:
In bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish and parsley. Stir in strawberries until combined. Makes about 1 ¾ cups (425ml).
Tip: Keep horseradish covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
