Grilled Cheese with a Twist
Grilled Ham with Brie and Apple
This sublime trio really elevates the classic grilled cheese to another stratosphere. Try one of the many Canadian Bries. If Granny Smith apples are unavailable, use a Golden Delicious or Matsu, to make sure you get a crisp bite.
