Fruitilicious Cottage Cheese

Start your day with this sweet and creamy combination of cottage cheese and fruit. A great breakfast with protein, fibre and little fat. Makes a perfect snack too!

Ingredients:

1 cupEurope's Best Select Raspberries, thawed and drained250 mL
2 tbspbrown sugar30 mL
1 cupNordica 2% Cottage Cheese250 mL
1/4 tspvanilla1 mL
1/4 tspcinnamon1 mL
1 tspbrown sugar5 mL



Instructions:

Combine raspberries and brown sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese and remaining 3 ingredients. Place cottage cheese mixture in serving bowl and top with sugared raspberries.
 
Makes 2 servings.
 
Tip: Add a slice of whole grain toast to round out your morning menu.
