Fruitilicious Cottage Cheese
Start your day with this sweet and creamy combination of cottage cheese and fruit. A great breakfast with protein, fibre and little fat. Makes a perfect snack too!

Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Europe's Best Select Raspberries, thawed and drained | 250 mL |
| 2 tbsp | brown sugar | 30 mL |
| 1 cup | Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese | 250 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | vanilla | 1 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | cinnamon | 1 mL |
| 1 tsp | brown sugar | 5 mL |
Instructions:
Combine raspberries and brown sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese and remaining 3 ingredients. Place cottage cheese mixture in serving bowl and top with sugared raspberries.
Makes 2 servings.
Tip: Add a slice of whole grain toast to round out your morning menu.
