Delicious Appetizer Dip

Bacon Horseradish Dip

Try this dip with french fries, fresh bread or as a topper on potatoes.

Preparation Time:
5 Minutes (not including cooking bacon)

Ingredients:

9slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cupGay Lea Low Fat Sour Cream250 mL
1/3 cuplight mayonnaise or yogurt75 mL
2 tbspprepared horseradish25 mL
1 tbsplemon juice15 mL
1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce2 mL
1/2 tspsalt (optional)2 mL



Instructions:

In bowl stir together bacon, Gay Lea Sour Cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt (optional). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 8 hours.
 
Bring to room temperature before serving.
 
Makes 1 to 1-1/2 cups (375 mL).
