Delicious Appetizer Dip
Bacon Horseradish Dip
Try this dip with french fries, fresh bread or as a topper on potatoes.
Preparation Time:
5 Minutes (not including cooking bacon)
Ingredients:
| 9 | slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled | |
| 1 cup | Gay Lea Low Fat Sour Cream | 250 mL |
| 1/3 cup | light mayonnaise or yogurt | 75 mL |
| 2 tbsp | prepared horseradish | 25 mL |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice | 15 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce | 2 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | salt (optional) | 2 mL |
Instructions:
In bowl stir together bacon, Gay Lea Sour Cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt (optional). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 8 hours.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
Makes 1 to 1-1/2 cups (375 mL).
