Cottage Cheese Salad Topper
Chinichurri Cottage Cheese Salad Topper
Add some protein to your salad by topping it with this delicious cottage cheese topper.
Preparation Time:

Ingredients:
| 2 cups | Gay Lea Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese | 500 mL |
| 1/2 cup | finely chopped parsley | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | red wine vinegar | 30 mL |
| 1 | large clove garlic, minced | |
| 1/4 tsp | each salt, pepper adn crushed hot pepper flakes |
Instructions:
Stir cottage cheese with parsley, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and pepper flakes until well combined. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours before serving.
Makes 2 cups (500 mL).
Tip: Serve with mixed green salad and grilled flatbread.
