Flavoured Butter

(Pecan Butter)

Great over toast, scones, pancakes, waffles.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Gay Lea spreadable butter 50 ml

2 tbsp finely chopped toasted pecans 25 ml

1 tsp brown sugar 5 ml

pinch cinnamon pinch

Instructions:

Combine Gay Lea spreadable butter, finely chopped toasted pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add to your pancakes, waffles, toast or other breakfast favourite for a new mouthwatering twist.
