MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – July 3, 2025 – Gay Lea Foods Co-operative Limited (“Gay Lea Foods”) confirmed today it has completed the sale of Cambridge, Ontario-based animal nutrition business Grober Nutrition (“Grober”) to CG Wellington Inc. (“CG Wellington”).
The transaction marks a significant milestone for all stakeholders, aligning Grober with CG Wellington’s long-term commitment to agricultural excellence and innovation, while enabling Gay Lea Foods to unlock new opportunities for strategic investment in dairy processing.

Grober Nutrition will continue to operate in Cambridge, Ontario, and all employees will continue in their current roles. The business will also continue to source dairy from Gay Lea Foods.
Financial terms of the agreement will not be disclosed.
