Mango Chutney Dip
A great appetizer when paired with fresh breads or French fries.
- Yields: 1 ½ cups (300 mL)
- Preparation: 40 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250mL) GAY LEA - Regular Sour Cream
- 3 tbsp (45mL) mango chutney
- 3 tbsp (45mL) cilantro, fresh and minced
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine sour cream, mango chutney and fresh herbs. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use. Keeps 3 to 4 days.
