Mango Chutney Dip

A great appetizer when paired with fresh breads or French fries.

  • Yields: 1 ½ cups (300 mL)
  • Preparation: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250mL) GAY LEA - Regular Sour Cream
  • 3 tbsp (45mL) mango chutney
  • 3 tbsp (45mL) cilantro, fresh and minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, combine sour cream, mango chutney and fresh herbs. Stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use. Keeps 3 to 4 days.
