Cilantro Lime Dip
Add as a side dip to your BBQ skewers or use as a topping over main dishes.
- Yields: 2 cups
- Preparation: 40 minutes
- In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, cottage cheese, cilantro, cucumber and lime juice. Stir well. Add kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before use. Keeps 3 to 4 days.
