Bacon Horseradish Dip

Try this dip with French fries, fresh bread or as a topper on potatoes. 

    Makes 1 to1 ½ cups (375 mL)

    Ingredients

    9 slices9 slicesBacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 cup250 mLGAY LEA - Regular Sour Cream
    1/3 cup75 mLLight Mayonnaise, or yogurt
    2 tbsp25 mLPrepared Horseradish
    1 tbsp15 mLLemon juice
    1/2 tsp2 mLWorcestershire Sauce
    1/2 tsp2 mLSalt, (optional)

    Preparation Time: 5 minutes (not including time to cook bacon)

    Instructions

    1. In bowl, stir together bacon, sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt (optional).
    2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
    3. Bring to room temperature before serving.
