Fruit Salad
Creamy Fruit Salad
Pecans and fresh mint make this a cut above ordinary fruit salad. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Gay Lea Sour Cream (Regular or Low Fat) | 250ml |
| 2 tbsp | packed brown sugar | 25ml |
| 1½ tbsp | grated orange rind | 45ml |
| 3 tbsp | orange juice | 45ml |
| 2 | Ontario nectarines, chopped | 2 |
| 1 | Ontario peach, chopped | 1 |
| 1 cup | Ontario blueberries | 250ml |
| 1 cup | Ontario raspberries | 250ml |
| 1/4 cup | chopped toasted pecans | 50 ml |
| Gay Lea Real Whipped Cream |
Instructions:
In large bowl, whisk together sour cream, sugar, orange rind and juice. Add nectarines, peach and berries. Stir gently to combine. Sprinkle with pecans and mint, if using. Toss before serving and garnish with whipped cream.
