Tangy Summer Horseradish

Ingredients:
1 cupGay Lea Sour Cream (any variety)250ml
1/4 cuplight mayonnaise50ml
2 tbspprepared horseradish25ml
2 tbspchopped fresh parsley25ml
1/2 cupchopped fresh Ontario strawberries135ml


Instructions:

In bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish and parsley.  Stir in strawberries until combined.  Makes about 1 ¾ cups (425ml).
Tip:  Keep horseradish covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.
