  • The Big Greek Tomato: Mix together Nordica cottage cheese, some crumbled feta cheese, chopped marinated artichokes and some green onions. Spoon into hallowed out tomato half. For a hot lunch, broil for a few minutes.
  • Mid-afternoon munchies: Keep on hand a quick and easy mixture of Nordica cottage cheese, chopped red peppers, drained canned chick-peas, and some minced fresh garlic. Eat with your favourite dippers such as pita pieces or raw carrot and celery sticks.
