Daily Servings

According to Canada's Food Guide, the recommended dairy servings per day, depending on your age, gender and body size, are as follows:

Children 2-13 years: 2 - 4 servings per day
Youth 14-18 years: 3 - 4 servings per day
Adults: 2 - 3 servings per day
Pregnant & Breastfeeding women: 3 - 4 servings per day
