Daily Servings
According to Canada's Food Guide, the recommended dairy servings per day, depending on your age, gender and body size, are as follows:
| Children 2-13 years: | 2 - 4 servings per day |
| Youth 14-18 years: | 3 - 4 servings per day |
| Adults: | 2 - 3 servings per day |
| Pregnant & Breastfeeding women: | 3 - 4 servings per day |
