20 cups5 LGAY LEA - Nordica 2%
5 cups1.25 LRed Peppers, roasted and finely chopped
2 1/2 cups625 mLMarinated Artichoke Hearts, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups375 mLParmesan Cheese
2/3 cup150 mLCapers, finely chopped
2 tsp10 mLSalt, approx.
2 tsp10 mLPepper, approx.

Instructions

  1. Stir cottage cheese with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese and capers until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover tightly and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours before serving.
  • Serve with Caesar salad and crusty Italian bread
