Ingredients

20 cups5 LGAY LEA - Nordica 2%
1 1/2 cups375 mLKalamata Olives, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups375 mLSun-dried Tomatoes
1 1/2 cups375 mLRed Onion
1 cup250 mLLemon juice
1/3 cup75 mLDried Oregano Leaves
2 tbsp30 mLGarlic, minced
2 tsp10 mLSalt, approx.

Instructions

  1. Stir Cottage cheese with olives, sun dried tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice, oregano and garlic until well combined. Season with salt to taste. Cover tightly and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours before serving.
  •  Serve with Greek salad and grilled pita.
